In short
This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics, and embeds no content from third-party servers. All fonts, images, scripts and stylesheets are delivered from this website’s own server. Visiting these pages therefore establishes no connection to any other provider, and no consent banner is required.
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits when requesting a page. This includes the requested address, date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred, the referring page, browser type and version, operating system, and the IP address of the requesting device.
These data are technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure the stability and security of the system. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of the website. The data are not merged with other data sources and are not used to identify individual visitors. They are deleted by the hosting provider after a short period.
Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. The provider processes the data described above on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located within the European Union.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the details you provide — including your email address and the content of your message — are stored for the purpose of handling your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries) and, where the enquiry concerns a possible collaboration, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. These data are not passed on without your consent and are deleted once the matter has been dealt with conclusively and no retention obligations apply.
Photographs
Photographs from network conferences may show participants. They are published on the basis of the consent of the persons depicted (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and, as images of contemporary events, § 23 (1) No. 3 KunstUrhG. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, please contact us; it will be taken down without delay.
Locally stored settings
If you use the light/dark switch in the page header, your choice is stored in your
browser’s local storage under the key rc-theme. A second entry,
rc-intro, is stored in session storage and records that the logo
animation has already been shown during the current browsing session.
These are not cookies: the values never leave your device and are not transmitted to the server. They serve solely to remember your display preference. You can delete them at any time via your browser settings.
External links
This website links to the homepages of member institutions, to publishers’ pages for cited publications (via doi.org), and to a LinkedIn profile. These links are not followed automatically; a connection to the respective provider is established only when you click the link. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR), to have data erased (Art. 17 GDPR), to restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR), to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise these rights, please write to kraemer@resilient-healthcare.de.
